We recently used the services of Mr. Jose at Mexican Timeshare Solutions in Mexico to help us obtain a refund from a resort in Mexico. We were visitors in Mexico in March 2009 and entered into a contract without realizing that we would not be receiving what they had promised to us. When we realized things were not what the salesperson made them appear to be, we attempted to cancel our contract without any results. We had no choice but to return to our home and attempt to deal with the situation from the United States.

We were very reluctant to trust anyone since we were sick and frightened over the substantial amount of money that we had already lost to the resort in Mexico (over $20,000.00). We decided that it was worth the risk and we hired Mr. Gonzalez to represent us.

It took several weeks but we did receive a full refund of our money from the resort in Mexico. As soon as we received our refund we then paid our fees, which were agreed upon ahead of time, to Mr. Gonzalez.

We were extremely happy with the service and treatment that we received from Mr. Gonzalez and his firm. They did everything that they promised. By the way, they did not promise to get our money back but Mr. Jose told us that in most cases he could get a refund. He asked if we would be willing to come to court if the case went to court and we told him that we would.

We found Mr. Gonzalez and his assistant Cindy professional, reassuring and helpful during an extremely difficult and stressful time in our lives and we would recommend them highly.
